At Caplans we recently purchased a fridge, dishwasher and European oven. The sales guy Vince was extremely helpful and his advice was excellent. Without asking we got a better price because we were buying 3 appliances.

We were very pleased with the delivery as well. It was timely, friendly and efficient.

We purchased our appliances at Caplan's and no other department or appliance store can compare to Caplan's "Outstanding Customer Service". From the moment we walked we were greeted by Pierre and his thorough knowledge and expertise on brands was impeccable. The delivery guys were great, on time and courteous.

From start to finish we are very happy with our purchases and have told all of our family and friends to make their next applinace purchase with Caplans.

We ordered a washer and dryer. Dryer was back-ordered so washer was delivered first. Caplans kept us informed on the back ordered dryer and it was delivered soon after on the date they gave us. Both deliveries arrived within the delivery window they gave us - no waiting around nor having to call back.

Great follow up calls to keep us informed and great customer service.

I had purchased close to $10,000 worth of appliances from a different supplier but was later told that I wouldn't get my washer/dryer in time for my install. I called around and ended up speaking with Leonard at Caplans. I told him the model #'s for washer/dryer set and he called back shortly with a decent quote and an assurance that they were in stock and ready to be shipped. Five days later they arrived exactly on time and the installers smoothly put the units into place, stacked and hooked them up. All done and I never had to visit the store too. Thanks!

From the prices to the selection to the service, Caplan's cannot be beat. We will not purchase our appliances from anywhere else.

The salesperson was helpful and professional. The follow-up was terrific. Every step of the process was painless - from the selection of the washer & dryer to the delivery and installation.

I would definitely recommend Caplan's!!

Mr. Tran was very helpful with his advice in choosing the right product, a knowledgeable professional indeed. Due to problems with out property management we could not go ahead with the purchase, unfortunatelly. All was refunded imediately. We will come back to Caplan's !!!

We recently purchased a new Kitchen Aid fridge from Vince and we couldn't be happier.I told Vince our last fridge was also purchased at Caplan's 21 years earlier and we had only minor problems until now when the computer which monitored the cooling system had broken down and could not be replaced.The new fridge was delivered with no fuss and at the time arranged.All we needed was to have the door reversed and this was done quickly and profesionaly.We will be back soon as our dishwasher is also approaching the 20 yr. mark.

We purchased all new appliances for the kitchen and Caplan's was very helpful and understanding of our needs. While waiting for our renovations to be finished, we changed our minds several times regarding the size of the refrigerator, but Caplan's made the change with no problems. Delivery was on time and expertly handled. We definitely recommend Caplan's for their excellent line of products, their prices and professionalism.

This purchase took several visits to the store and I saw several sales people before actually purchasing with Joseph. Overall product knowledge from most sales people was very good and the prices are competitive. At the Miele gallery, service was excellent, knowledge was excellent but ultimately that stuff is too rich form me.
