We had never been to Caplan's before and were looking for a Professional Style Range. We were introduced to Vince Paolucci when we arrived and he was terrific. We told him what options were important to us, then he walked us through the store going through the ranges that met requirements and helped us pick a range. We were thrilled with the service and now the Thermador Range and Elica Range Hood are in our kitchen and we are very happy with both.

I have recently bought a Maytag refridgerator from your store on Weston Rd. I was impressed by your clean and tidy showroom. You have an excellent selection.
The sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was on time and the delivery men were polite, careful and knowledgeable. It was great to receive a phone call before delivery as well as afterwards. I appreciate such efforts and would recommend Caplans to friends and neighbours. Well done.

Andrei was very knowlegeable and helpful to deal with. Prices were very competitive. Delivered on time and in good condition. All in all, Caplans was easy to deal with.

Like many businesses nowadays, telephones are answered by voicemail and it does take a few hours to get a returned call. Email just seemed easier and worked fine for me.

I would deal with Andrei/Caplans again without hesitation.

We purchased a full selection of appliances from Keit Tran at Caplan's in Jan. 2010. From the first visit to purchase a dishwasher to the multiple visits to choose everything else we needed to the final arrival of all our new appliances, the transaction was handled professionally and efficiently. Keit interacted with our kitchen company, quickly providing specs for the appliances as needed. The delivery was on time, with Keit making sure all items were received in the Caplan's warehouse before the delivery date. Keit either knew the answers to our questions, or found out the answer quickly. We would definitely recommend Caplan's.

Recently we purchased a whole kitchen suite from Caplan’s. We thought we were buying Sub Zero and Wolf and ended up buying Miele. We got an education and great appliances. Thanks’ Mr. Caplan and Jeff for the great experience.

Loved the Miele gallery they had set up. Have yet to try the classes but I'm looking forward to it. The gallery really helped us see and understand everything we wanted to know about our Miele appliances. Frank was very knowledgeable and helpful and knew a lot about the Miele appliances, his personal experience really helped us to make our decisions and feel confident about them

I have purchased several appliances over the years from Caplans. They always have excellent prices and their customer service is fabulous. I plan on purchasing a gas range in the next 6-12 months from Caplans. I would recommend Caplans to anybody purchasing appliances.

We had to replace all our appliance and went to several stores in the Toronto area. Caplans had a great selection (Bosch oven and cooktop, KitchenAid fridge), helpful sales (Leonard Pleasant)staff and great pricing. As well the delivery was on time and pleasant. Would highely recomend them

I was so pleased with the service Leonard Pleasant of Caplan's provided when I was looking for a double oven. He was very helpful and informed and helped me buy what I consider a very good appliance for a very good price. I'd go back in a second for any other appliance I needed.

Recently purchased Dacor Cooktop for a replacement of an older unit, great price and information from Joseph Giorgio and great installation from Max. Install was scheduled for 7:00am and they were done and out before 8:00 !

We purchased a number of appliances from Caplans and the experience has been fantastic. Jeremy in Sales was a pleasure to work with and so knowledgeable in recommending the right appliances for our home. The Customer Service team with Liz at the forefront was always there when any questions needed to be answered. The delivery was flawless and the drivers were friendly and courteous. We recently purchased an entire new suite of kitchen appliances at Caplan's. Our sales person, Leonard Pleasant, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to help us understand the pluses and minuses of all the possible choices. He helped us to get EXACTYLY the right appliances for us. The after purchase care was every bit as good. Installation was far quicker than we ever expected. The installers knew what they were doing and were courteous. We also were supplied with the the name of a first class service technician who helped us to tweak some of the setting after installation. We also had a couple of questions after installation while we became familiar with the new appliances, and Leonard and the rest of the cutomer team were incredibly responsive.

All in all we can say that we have never, ever had a customer care experience like we had at Caplan's. We highly recommend them.
