My first time shopping at Caplan's, but not my last. I got a washer and dryer for a great price. A nice change from the big box stores, but not still tons of selection.

Our salesperson was Paul.
The experience was wonderful right from the free parking across the
street to the delivery. Everything was well thought out-the store, the service,
the attitude of the salespeople and the delivery. The service was exemplary.
Our dishwasher was delivered on time, quickly and carefully.
The follow up telephone call was unexpected, but appreciated.
I would highly recommend shopping at Caplan's and have told many
friends about our positive experience.
We also liked the idea of free delivery if you brought in a coupon and a
food item for the food bank. An excellent idea.

My husband and I purchased a full suite of appliances for our new home. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment our appliances were delivered to our new home, we had amazing service. The sales staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. The delivery team were thorough and very everything was delivered as promised,at the time requested, in great condition and, to our surprise we received two follow up calls. Thanks Caplan's! Caplans staff provide exemplary service and demonstrate a solid knowlege about the appliances offered. Their opinions and knowledge count when it comes down to making an informed choice on the vast selection of appliances available in the store. We browse through other stores as we decide on what we want, but in the end there really is no other store we would want to consider shopping in. Excellent customer service, friendliness, helpfulness, knowledgeable, excellent product lines and prices I believe can't be beat - Caplans has it all. It has been a pleasure shopping at Caplans repeatedly for over ten years. Thank you Ms. Caplan for running such a fantastic enterprise !

The service from your store was first rate. The sales guy, Jeff, was just great and so was the installer and the delivery guys were early and also very pleasant. The one thing I could ask for would be for the delivery guys to wear slip on shoes like the delivery people from Sleep Country do. But all in all, very well done.

Very pleased with the service. Sales consultant, J. Giorgio, kept us informed about the delays in delivery of the Panasonic microwave ovens which were still in production in Japan! He even offered to return the deposit if we found another supplier! We decided to wait and finally the oven arrived and was promptly delivered.
The delivery men were somewhat but not totally helpful in installing the oven in our kitchen. They did remove the packaging but would not take our old microwave for trash disposal. This probably was not store policy.
In any event, the microwave works perfectly, and we have not had to call back for service.

We bought a stove, refrigerator and hood fan from Caplan's in November 2009. The experience was excellent.

The salesman (Andrei Zabeline) was knowledgeable and helpful but not aggressive. There was no pressure to buy. Delivery was on-time and exactly as promised. The delivery people were cheerful and also helpful.

We did not, for better or worse, do much comparison shopping before going to Caplan's. We last made a similar purchase nearly 20 years ago. While we might have gotten a better deal somewhere else, there is a value in honesty, a friendly staff and great service. Also, to remain competitive, Caplan's has to price its products appropriately.

Got a great deal on a GE Monogram fridge in Caplan's in store "out of box" product mark down area (forget what it's called). Informed sales rep, easy purchase, great delivery service. Only issue was that the fridge was scratched on the corner during delivery (they didn't wrap the fridge to protect it during delivery for some reason). Got a follow up call from Caplan's within 30 minutes of delivery asking if everything went well and I told them the unit was scratched during delivery. They promised to have the GE finishing rep call me within two days to fix the scratch. It's been over four weeks now and I've not heard back. Hoping to resolve this issue soon. Every other aspect of the fride was as expected from a new, high end product.

Purchasing my new appliances was the easiest part of our move to our new home. Vince our Salesperson was very knowledgeable and understoond exactly what we were looking for. The after service follow up was unexpected and very appreciative. I will definitely be recommending Caplans to everyone I meet!

Everything went exactly according to plan. For improvement I suggest that if the appliance is avaialble for delivery earlier, that you call the customer to see if that can be arranged. We were without our dishwasher for 3 weeks. We were told that would be the maxumum delivery time.
