Great service, Great staff, Great selection, Great prices. I have purchased most of my major appliances from Caplan's and would (and do) recommend them to anyone who's looking.

Service was excellent. The salesman (Vince) was extremely patient, answering my many calls even outside his work hours. He was knowledgeable about the appliances I was interested in and explained them well and in detail.
Most importantly, he was willing to negotiate the price without making me feel awkward.

We purchased a Miele dishwasher, GE Profile range, FisherPaykel fridge and Panasonic Genius microwave. We are very pleased with the service at the store, the price and selection. Further, the deliveries occurred on schedule and the delivery personnel were excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending Caplan's to friends (and, in fact, have already done so). We would give a five star rating, without doubt.

We have always had great service at Caplans. Their sales staff are incredibly knowledgable as are the owners who are always seen on the floor helping out and answering questions. The new Miele store is phenomenal. We would not shop anywhere else.

I am so happy with my new Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer and very pleased with Caplan's service! Paul Turner was very helpful answering all of my questions over the phone and just before purchase in the show room. Delivery and installation went smoothly. The follow up call was nice to receive - it demonstrated Caplan's caring philosophy. Eight years ago I purchased new kitchen appliances from Caplan's when we remodelled. The prices and service were great then; I knew I could count on both when purchasing laundry appliances.

Great service from Pierre Jamil. We needed a new dryer on short notice, and we got it delivered in 2 days, along with our new washer. The price was also good, considering the short notice. Would definitely come back again

Very pleased with the candidness of the sales person when comparing one model year to another.
I walked in at 4:55 p.m. on Saturday. I had trouble finding someone to help me, but in the end Debbie was very good and compared the two models. I purchased and was gone by 5:15 p.m. Delivery was well accomodated.
Only question is whether I need extended insurance.

Debbie, the sales rep, was friendly and helpful, so I had to return later to purchase the washer and dryer she showed me. The customer service re: delivery was quite good considering the problem you had with your truck that day. I was extremely impressed with the follow-up call I received and feel confident that I can turn to you if I encounter any problems with my applicances in the future.

We purchased a suite of Kitchenaid appliances, fridge, stove, dishwasher, and exhaust hood, service, product delivery was perfect. Thank you very much to a very knowledgeable and helpful sales person (Tony), excellent delivery arrangements, delivery was on time. Its unfortunate that we as consumers have learned to put up with bad service, but Caplans renewed my belief that quality products, and excellent service, and a great price are still available. Thank you very much Caplans for making at least on part of a major kitchen reno, stress free and fun. I have recommended you to everyone

My husband and I were pleased to see a large selection of electric ranges to choose from. We found what we had researced on the internet, but were happy to look at other choices. The service provided by the salesperson (Nancy Bedard) was careful for our needs, and not pushy. She showed us another model that my husband fell in love with, and that met all our needs and wants.
We were happy for the prompt & considerate delivery service as well.

Only negative comment is having to wait until the day of delivery to find out what time it will be.
