We purchased a few items from Caplan's. Sam Fodaro was our sales person.Sam is very knowledgeable and personable and provided a very good sales experience. My wife and I went back and forth on what we wanted with Sam and he was very helpful in navigating through such a big purchase.What really stood out for me was Sam's willingness to help us in a bind. We are working on a tight project timeline and needed our hood for our cabinet guy immediately.Given the lack of flexibility in my work schedule, Sam was able to arrange the delivery of our hood to our home (vs picking it up at the warehouse) at no charge before a long weekend.This was a very surprising gesture and incredibly appreciated. I don't know if other appliance stores would have done the same.Thanks Sam!
