The people at Caplan's were incredibly helpful. They kept me informed every step of the way on the progress of my dishwasher delivery. Would definitely buy appliances through them again.

Sales consultant was knowledgeable and recommended products appropriately, but did not seem to provide much technical knowledge. After-sales service was non-existent, no follow-ups (not the post-delivery call) regarding any issues with appliances.

Tony was excellent to deal with. He had high product knowledge and was easily and promptly accessible. Delivery service was prompt and highly efficient. Customer Service calls were also appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience of buying appliances through Caplans.

In March of this year we made a fairly large purchase of kitchen equipment from Caplan's.
Joseph Georgio was the salesperson we dealt with. Joseph was excellent. He understood our what we wanted and helped us pick the right products for our needs. We also had to make certain changes as time went by in order to adapt our purchase to the house we were building. Joseph was very helpful and made the whole buying process enjoyable.
The product was delivered when asked for. Julian and Sandy delivered the product to our house. They were fabulous. They were very courteous and friendly. They unpacked all of the product and took away the boxes and packaging.
The last aspect to our purchase was the installation of the product. Max and, I belive Paul, were sourced through Joseph at the store. These two gentlmen were also excellent. They were very efficient, freindly and the installation cost was very fair.
My purchaes exerience was excellent from start to finish and on top of all of this the price was also very good.
I will always return to Caplan's or recommend them to anyone who is in need of appliances. You will not be dissapointed.

We scoped out TASCO, Sears and the Bay - nothing came close to the quality of merchanise and as important - quality of the staff.
Nick did the expert delivery and prep - we were good to go from start to finishing in less than a couple of days.

We purchased our GE Cafe Series appliances from Leonard and although we have yet to hook everything up (reno was delayed), we were pleasantly surprised with Caplans professionalism. They were able to accomodate our change in delivery date and were courteous and cautious while delivering.
We can't wait to have our kitchen finished so we can get cooking!

We purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer from Caplan's. So far we like the product and the sales experience was good.
But...the delivery and install experience was a 0 star performance. We paid $50 for delivery and $20 for hook up of waher and dryer. Neither the washer or dryer were leveled, the dryer hose wasn't hooked up and the washer connection was leaky. I had to spend 2 hours myself doing a job I had already paid for. I'm looking for compensation.

A few months after moving into a new house the stove broke down. We went to one of the big appliance stores and got a lot of pressure to buy an expensive stove. We chose a cheaper model. Then they told us it would take 3 weeks to deliver, since they didn't have it in stock.
On a whim we went to Caplan's (we live a few blocks away). They had the same stove but the price was lower, and they said they could deliver it in two days. Wow! The service was great, staff friendly and helpful, and there was no pressure about buying the most expensive brand. Delivery was great and they took away the old stove.
Since then we have bought (as each old appliance broke down) a dishwasher, washing machine, and recently a dryer. In fact, we bought the dryer within about five minutes of entering the store, the price was so good.
Now we don't even bother looking elsewhere. Keep up the good work!

We're altogether satisfied with the in-store service, the delivery of our fridge—the guys had to remove both the door and drawer and bring it in the back door—and the fridge itself: it's just what we wanted.

Service was quick and helpful (and sensitive enough to leave us alone to debate relative merit of the choices). It took us no more than 30 min to be in and out. They recommended an installer who was fabulous -- on time, solved a previous problem in the hook-up, left everything clean, and gave maintenance advice. Couldn't have been more painless! Thanks --

From start to finish everything was perfect. Our sales person, Nancy, was helpful and thoughful, the prices were good and her recommendations thus far with our choosen appliances have be superb! Thanks Caplian for making this experience a great one.
