Huge thanks to Shaun Kwong Hing at Caplans for the excellent service I received in replacing two of my kitchen appliances. A year ago I needed to replace my built in glass cooktop. While searching on line I clicked on the Caplan ‘Chat box.’ Shaun, as it turned out was the agent who answered. He was knowledgeable and patient. Taking the time to provide me with the information and assurances that the newer updated model would fit. With one telephone call later the order was processed and delivery arranged. From initial contact to delivery the process and service was extremely smooth. And the best part was I did not have to leave home!Fast forward to last week…I needed to replace my fridge. Recalling the positive experience I had with the cooktop I reached out to Shaun again…hoping he was still working at Caplans….and I was not disappointed. Again he was knowledgeable and patient in answering all my concerns. Once again the process from initial contact to delivery was great. I was able to complete the order with one phone call and did not have to leave the house. I was really impressed with Shaun’s knowledge, patience and overall professionalism. It was refreshing to meet someone..albeit over email or telephone that was interested in taking the time to go the extra mile to ensure a satisfied customer. Thanks again to Shaun.

Caplan's appliance is the best! Their showroom looks amazing, their prices are very competitive, but their people is what makes Caplan's my favourite. Knowledgeable, friendly and never any pressure. I bought all my appliances 15 years ago from there and they're all still working so it was a no-brainer to come back to purchase a new dishwasher for a new unit and it we're thrilled with it already. It is not often you leave the store after purchasing a new dishwasher and rave about how great the experience was. That was what happened after we met with Shaun Kwong Hing at Caplan's Appliances last week. Our 11 year old Bosch dishwasher was on its last legs and we knew we wanted to purchase another Bosch. Shaun spent great detail going over the attributes of the various models including other brands, and really listened to our needs before helping us decide on the model we ultimately chose. Matt Hebert was, again, most helpful in recommending the washer/dryer combo that best fit our needs and budget - also his expertise on selecting the best option for our range hood fan insert was most helpful.Matt arranged the delivery, install and removal process. The crew showed up on time and very quickly completed the job. They were very professional and courteous. Overall, a terrific experience.

Cintya Ashley Sharon, Rose to the occasion! I had purchased the KitchenAid fridge just under 2 years ago and the door seals had failed. I had purchased the extended warranty but when they found out the seals had failed so soon they contacted KitchenAid Direct and they sent one of their technicians out with the parts necessary and completed the repair. There's a reason Caplan's has stood the test of time excellent customer service. My family has been dealing with Caplan's for over 30 years. Jerry and his delivery/installation crew did an outstanding job. They didn’t have an easy task due to the weight of the washing machine and having to carry it all the way to the 3’rd floor, having to maneuver tight spaces to fit it. They were extremely professional and patient. Can’t recommend them enough.
